Positive: good location for attending ACL festival. good access to 6th street entertainment district. The pool / bar area was very nice and if i return I'll spend more time there.
Negative: a breakfast buffet would have been nice.

Positive: The staff was really great! They provide free water to Hilton honors members which was a HUGE plus! A full service Starbucks is in the lobby. A couple blocks from the hotel is Whole Foods and Target as well as 6th Street, if you want to hang out at bars.
Negative: The construction around the building created a lot of dust. Also, other than 6th street, there’s not a ton of places around the hotel. Starbucks closes in the afternoon rather than staying open into the evening. Finally, the rooms could use an upgrade - the bathroom had some water spots on the ceiling.

Positive: The room was fairly comfortable and the location was good while I was staying for a conference.
Negative: Many of the elevators were broken, which made the logistics of arriving to the conference and nightmare. The room was too hot, although they did bring me a very weak fan that helped. Also, my colleagues and I, who were in 2 of the other rooms, ended up with itchy bites all over our legs.
